Programme objectives
The Professional Bachelor's in Polyvalent Public Health must enable the learner to:
- describe the health system, conceptually and spatially;
- know the role of the various stakeholders involved in health, as well as their interrelations at national, regional and international levels;
- identify priority health problems and needs using statistical and epidemiological approaches;
- identify a community's health problems, by main target groups, as well as their determinants;
- implement interventions to address public health problems and their determinants within a community.

Programme content
The professional bachelor's in public health is delivered over six semesters of 30 academic credits under the LMD system. The programme content covers:
- Fundamentals of basic sciences (anatomy, medical and surgical semiology and pathology, physiology, biology, chemistry)
- Fundamentals of management sciences (accounting, planning, monitoring and evaluation)
- Epidemiology
- Social sciences
- Hygiene and the environment
- Disease control (prevention, health promotion)
Teaching organisation
Programme delivered over six semesters of 30 academic credits under the LMD system (180 ECTS).

- Holders of a baccalauréat C/D;

- Two legalised copies of the birth certificate;
- A legalised letter of commitment to cover training fees or a scholarship certificate;
- Three recommendation letters from supervisors and/or former professors;
