  • Biologists responsible for sterile medical devices;
  • Hospital hygienists;
  • Biomedical technicians;
  • Laboratory technicians;
  • Physicians and surgeons involved in infection prevention & control (IPC) and quality of care.

  • A duly completed application/registration form (see the « application form » link on the brochure);
  • A curriculum vitae (CV);
  • Certified copies of diplomas;
  • A work certificate showing at least one year of experience;
  • A birth certificate;
  • Proof of financial sponsorship/coverage;
  • Two letters of recommendation;
  • A motivation letter;
